Jamie Goodman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in Fairfield and Milford, Connecticut.

With over 20 years experience as a psychotherapist, and as a graduate of New York University, she combines traditional talk therapy with cutting edge mindfulness-based techniques to help you take charge of your life, tap into your inner wisdom and consciously make shifts in your feelings and behaviors.

In addition to being a prominent  therapist, Jamie has presented speeches and workshops to general audiences speaking on the topics of Life Transitions, Creating Everyday Mindfulness, Social Styles and Managing Stress.
