Life is too short to stay stuck in patterns

Welcome

Compassion, warmth and humor are what you will experience when we work together.
I’ll guide you in whole-person healing from the inside out.

Currently offering online counseling, clinical consulting and coaching services to individuals.

There’s a big difference between doing - and being.

Most of us are focused on doing, driven to check off that daily “to do” list, performing for our family, work, and friends. From the outside looking in, your life likely appears highly successful.

Inside, though, you may feel the opposite: overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, depressed, afraid, angry, confused, exhausted, dissatisfied.

Being, on the other hand, allows you to follow the thread of curiosity, and holds the secrets to the “why” behind what you do. This is the key to liberating you from where you feel stuck.

Helping you move from doing to being to becoming authentic, joyful, and engaged in all realms of your life is my passion.

Using evidence-based modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), self-compassion tools, and mindfulness, I can help you make shifts to experience living life wholeheartedly with more peace and fulfillment every day.

Together we can heal core wounds and trauma by uncovering the self-healing qualities within you. You can then embody confidence, courage, clarity, compassion, calm, connectedness, creativity and overall contentment. Many people report experiencing shifts within a handful of sessions.

“I’ve known Jamie Goodman for 11 years and have watched her understanding of
and skill with IFS grow to the point that she is now a very accomplished IFS therapist.”

IFS & PSYCHOTHERAPY

When it comes to unlocking your “why,” this is your first step. IFS, also known as “parts” work, is a body-centered, holistic, non-pathologizing, and compassionate approach to healing. I support you in self-inquiry, guiding you back to trusting yourself and the resources you embody. Traditional talk therapy cannot achieve these results.

DIVORCE SUPPORT

When you decide to divorce, you may feel like your world is falling apart. I support couples through a non-adversarial approach — to not just get through the divorce but to experience personal transformation. As a trained Collaborative Divorce Facilitator, you have my commitment to creating as smooth a transition as possible for everyone involved, especially your children.

SELF-LEADERSHIP COACHING

In today’s world, self-inquiry, compassion, and generosity are required qualities of effective, successful leaders. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, manager, or leader, I’ll help you align your values and strengths for impactful transformation. And if you’re struggling with a business partnership, I can assist you in navigating resolution or facilitating compassionate dissolution.

MINDFULNESS

The practice of Mindfulness is proven to reduce stress, anxiety and improve well being. Living life more intentionally, in the moment, can be developed through breathwork and by cultivating awareness. I can teach you individually or in groups, easy ways to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life.
